When your health is in the way of living fully, then the time has come to look at the whole picture. Whether you want to recover from a serious illness or simply wish to increase your overall vitality, now is the time for a breakthrough in the way you think about your body and health.
We usually view our health issues as a temporary distraction from our daily life, when it may be our daily life that is the cause of the problem. Without looking at this, we repeatedly go down the same tunnel and expect a different result. Einstein described this behavior as insanity.
Have you been going down the same tunnel, looking for a different result? Then it's time for a new level of awareness to solve your problems.
The process of registering for Way To Health is fast and easy! Simply call our toll free registration line at 1-800-975-8744, and one of our staff will happily answer any questions you have about the program and walk you through the steps needed to start you on your path to the Kushi Institute.
Our program fee includes the full week of classes, lectures and workshops, as well as three quality macrobiotic meals each day, prepared by our experienced chefs. Way To Health spaces fill up quickly, so a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required with your registration to secure your place in the session. We know that each person's situation is unique, and so tuition assistance is available for those who meet eligibility requirements.

Please join us for the fourth Supper Club dinner of the season on Thursday, August 19 at the Barn of the Josiah Smith Tavern in Weston, MA. The Land's Sake Club is a monthly series of gourmet dinners expertly prepared by chef Sam Hunt featuring local fresh produce from Land's Sake Farm and other local farms. Each monthly dinner, held May through December at the Barn, has a theme featuring seasonal produce and information about current farming activities. This month's theme is "chickens".
Our Chef: Sam Hunt, a Weston native, is the Executive Chef and Co-Manager at 15 Walnut in South Hamilton, MA. Prior to joining 15 Walnut, Sam was the Executive Chef and General Manager at the West Side Lounge in Cambridge. After switching careers from graphic design and moving back to Massachusetts, Sam spent 2 years cooking with Barbara Lynch at No. 9 Park in Boston, MA. Sam will be featured in an upcoming 'Celebrity Chef' series in the August edition of Edible Boston Magazine in recognition of his commitment to farm to table cooking.

All are welcome to attend group sittings. The entrance door will be opened shortly before each sitting and will be locked after the sitting has begun. Please plan to arrive on time.
Group sittings are led by practice leaders – experienced community members who are responsible for opening the front door before the sitting begins and ringing the bell at the end of the sitting. Please contact the office if you would like to serve as a practice leader and meet the following requirements: you have a daily sitting practice, are a member of CIMC, and have three years of Vipassana practice at CIMC with some intensive retreat experience.
