The Sadhana of Mahamudra is a powerful guru yoga practice whose purpose is to enable us to invoke the blessings of the Practice Lineage and to renew spiritual strength. But how are we to understand the wild and wrathful imagery of its symbolism, which may at first seem rather strange and outlandish? And how can the sadhana help to purify the degenerate state of meditation practice and enable us to see the living Dharma within?

This seminar will include talks, group practice, and individual instruction.

Schedule:
Friday 7:30 PM Public Talk
Saturday 9:00 – 5:00

Please note: We will be collecting a Teaching Gift at the door as well ~ suggested donation of $10 - $20.

Kunga Dawa (Richard Arthure) became a close student of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche in 1966. He was the first Westerner trained by the Vidyadhara as a meditation instructor and authorized by him to teach the Dharma. He traveled to India, Sikkim and Bhutan with Trungpa Rinpoche, was present with him at Tagtsang when the Sadhana of Mahamudra was revealed and co-created the English language version of it. Kunga Dawa was a co-founder of the Karme Choling Center in Vermont in 1970 and has traveled and taught extensively in the US, Canada and Europe. He completed a three year retreat in northern New Mexico in 2003 and currently resides in Boulder, Colorado.

When your health is in the way of living fully, then the time has come to look at the whole picture. Whether you want to recover from a serious illness or simply wish to increase your overall vitality, now is the time for a breakthrough in the way you think about your body and health.

We usually view our health issues as a temporary distraction from our daily life, when it may be our daily life that is the cause of the problem. Without looking at this, we repeatedly go down the same tunnel and expect a different result. Einstein described this behavior as insanity.

Have you been going down the same tunnel, looking for a different result? Then it's time for a new level of awareness to solve your problems.

The process of registering for Way To Health is fast and easy! Simply call our toll free registration line at 1-800-975-8744, and one of our staff will happily answer any questions you have about the program and walk you through the steps needed to start you on your path to the Kushi Institute.

Our program fee includes the full week of classes, lectures and workshops, as well as three quality macrobiotic meals each day, prepared by our experienced chefs. Way To Health spaces fill up quickly, so a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required with your registration to secure your place in the session. We know that each person's situation is unique, and so tuition assistance is available for those who meet eligibility requirements.
Fee: $975.00
