In Reiki I you will be introduced to universal life force that channels through all of us and is effective in healing. This method is the western lineage of Reiki as taught by Hayawo Takata. What happens during the week: Stay six nights at our beautiful, 600 acre campus in the Berkshire Mountains of western Massachusetts. Enjoy three delicious macrobiotic meals per day. Attend daily morning exercise classes. Each morning after breakfast, under the expert supervision of a Kushi Institute teacher, with your group you will plan out a complete menu and prepare it for lunch. These hands-on cooking workshops give you skills and confidence in creating meals that are balanced, healthy, delicious and quick! Every afternoon the time is yours to do what you like! Either relax on campus or take advantage of the rich culture and outdoor activities of the Beautiful Berkshires: Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival, Tanglewood Music Festival, Mass Moca (Museum of Modern Art), and more.
