This 2 hour master class explores hip opening from a physical, mental and energetic perspective. When you work to open the deepest part of your body you allow for some of your deepest happiness to then surface. I hear in all my classes time and time again about "tight hips." Hips teach us great patience but need not be feared!
Great class for those who have given birth, are thinking of giving birth (whether c section or traditional) or have experienced miscarriage to get healthy energy moving through that region. Great class for men who are typically very tight through the hip region. Really, recommended for everyone--all levels welcome—your hips are the intersection of your upper and lower body—let’s give them some attention!
This class will be heated and set to music and limited spots are available so sign up now!!
Fee: $40, $35 with pre-registration

Yoga offers a wealth of resources to better tolerate difficult emotions and thoughts, steady the nervous system, and reduce compulsive behavior. Students learn to restore the calm adult self, soothe emotional disregulation and invite happiness through a vigorous but grounding posture and pranayam flow geared toward mental health challenges. Together we will practice specific skills and learn more about using yoga for emotional and mental wellbeing. Beginning to advanced students welcome.

He obtained certification in EMDR in 2006. He is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and a member of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association. He is an avid outdoorsman and a devoted father.
