Fresh and Local from a CSA

CSAs (Community Supported Agriculture) will start opening later this month. But now is the time to sign up for a CSA if you haven't already. CSA slots often sell out.

How Does a CSA Work?

You pay in advance for a share of the season's harvest (produce, meat or fish) from a local farm, which you pick up from a designated location. A few CSAs deliver to your home.

Check here for listings of local CSAs.
