Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa flow refers to yoga practices in which poses flow from one to the next, with one's breathing synchronized with the movements. A vinyasa approach to yoga can be used in a variety of ways, including both fast-paced and slow styles, as well as styles with a focus on alignment. Both Power Yoga and incorporate the vinyasa flow approach, but are considered separate styles.
